City connections reflection

As many people already know, in humanities, my class and I worked on something called the City connections, basically, we wrote about the historical factors, the environmental factors and transportations of a city we've lived in. I think I did pretty well on the presentation and power point. The power point had enough information, enough graphics to interest the audience, and enough resources. But as I saw other presentations, I realized that I forgot to put a title page, but I don't think that that'll count against me. But my presenting-to-the-class was better than my slideshow. I talked loudly and clearly so that everybody could listen, I told more information than was on the slide, I even tried to add a tiny little bit of humor in it.

During the process of making the slideshow, I gathered information first, then arranged them in the order that would sound the best when said out loud. I also read the " B" example the teachers gave to us, thinking of ways that I could be better than that example. I don't really think that There is a lot that people can learn from me about making a power point, but there is something about presenting. Some people need to know what to say, stay calm and be proud of your work.

The rubric helped, but not as much as the example. as I have said before, I looked at the example and thought about what I can do to do a better job. But overall, I think I did a pretty good job. A better job at presenting than the slideshow
